  • Github Issue coming momentarily - please review PR effects in meanwhile.
    Summary of effect is: Protege defaults to retrieving any referenced ontology IRI by a network retrieval. Dr. Sheu has provided a file that overrides network requests with local ontology files. Key benefit: Ability to review non-production versions of UCO with Protege. Risks: Some technical debt accrued with keeping Protege-specific XML file in sync with ontology resources. Unit test needed to keep XML and Turtle file manifest in sync.
