Facet Design Pattern WG Charter

In her latest meeting dated Nov 10th, 2022, the TSC has chartered the Facets Design Pattern Working Group (FDP-WG) to address the issue of distinguishing the core:Facet and its position next to core:Object.

The charter for the FDP-WG has been specified here:

The purpose of this agenda item is to further clarify the responsibilities of the WG, as well as to open the possibility for members to take an active role in it.
